I bought a skirt which I wanted to return, no return slip in box, was an online purchase, I went to the sight I was directed to and found nothing but a shipping label which I downloaded.
The label I downloaded states postage must be payed or will not be delivered. I went back to the site where I had purchased and it states free returns, item was not a sale, full price. There was a place that said I could contact them so I sent a note saying I was 78 years old and did not want to go to post office, or any place including fedex got a promt reply with a place I could click on to get a shipping label, which I did.
Last time I order from Neiman Marcus. I bought three items that went on sale before the ten day deadline. I called to request the price adjustment over the phone, as I am trying to adhere to the stay at home policy during the pandemic. However, I was told it could not be done over the phone. I need to return the items to the store and re-buy them.

You corporate people that hide behind your office and make decisions, get the F-- out of your office and get with the program to keep stores open for customers to feel good about paying your high prices. Went to return a item to the store which I have shopped in for 15 to 20 years. And they told me they could not refund after 30 days.

They will be next to close brick and mortar store because I liked to go to the store and touch and feel. They just ruined that store and turn it into a sears store degrading the clients that can shop there. Totally pissed off. I went to return an online purchase presuming I was in the 60 day return policy to be told it is now a 30 day return policy for online purchases!
My item was returned however I was furious. I was returning an expense item and this could have been a BAD situation. Terrible customer service! I made a purchase and even though the invoice states 60 days for a return, and I am within the return window they keep telling me they are making an exception for me and letting me return it but I have to pay postage?!
They also don't train their reps. I was put on hold every time I needed an answer to a simple question. This will definitely be my last purchase with Neiman Marcus online and retail - the store also sucks in customer service. The sales people are very rude and not helpful at all. I can get way better customer service at Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. And honestly, if I really want a designer piece, I'll just shop directly at a flagship store.
It's not worth the frustration. Changed policy after I purchased an item then sent the item back in deplorable condition. I returned it brand new on a hanger never worn in perfect condition. Received it back with a note stating a new policy which is BS for I would not have paid postage. This was an aggravating issue to facilitate the return as paperwork was missing.
Do NOT use this vendor for In my humble opinion they are scamming people on the returns. And it is obvious as I read the comments!! I rarely return items either so they lost out on a customer!!! Unless you want to give your money away, I'd say shop either at Bloomingdales or Nordstrom. The worst return policy ever. But days for a return is ridiculous. Neiman Marcus hires people who dont speak English and impose them on the customers. I resent this rude young woman was despicable. Mothers of the bride and groom beware - Neiman Marcus return policy is draconian and punitive. I purchased a MOB dress several weeks after NM changed its return policy from 60 to 30 days after purchase. When I attempted to return the never worn, tags attached dress a mere 45 days later, I was simply told "sorry, no exceptions.

Your on-line return policy is awful. There some customers such as myself who do not have access to a computer to print out a return label. This means we must call a customer service rep and wait for them to mail us a return USPS label. This is ridiculous-why can't you enclose a return label with the merchandise to begin with and help to make this easier. Nordstrom does this policy. Please reconsider. Add a return label for Pete's sake! You will lose customers if you continue like this, especially on full price products!
