I gave been ordering from them for at least 15 years. Baby gifts, wedding gifts, anniversary etc. Whenever I need something different. I love everything I purchased- ice bucket, towel, coasters, frames, ornaments etc. The quality of the product is very high and things have always been carefully wrapped.

I ordered some custom Easter bags for my grandchildren and it was promised on their website to be delivered before Easter without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. This company uses FedEx and they are unreliable and have caused more problems than any other shipping company.

I received my order the day after Easter which was useless. The company was heartless and only offered to give me a shipping refund but no other remedy. I will not order from this company again. I've been trying to get a hold of someone through the numbers provided on the website but no one picks up, and the machine keeps repeating itself.

Messaged them on Instagram and emailed but no response there either. I got my order later than scheduled and when it came, it was broken. The item was a wedding present. Will be the first and last time buying from these people. Oh and I will also call my bank and dispute charges. Who wants to pay for a broken item that I can't even gift to the wedding couple? Received a gift with a misspelled word. I guess their quality control people aren't very good spellers either! Certainly won't order anything from them! I called since the first set of masks did not match in ear loop size only to be told they should have toggle in the bag. NOPE not a thing and the ear loops are not even elastic.

I sent over a picture so they said ok we will replace your order. I get the replacement today and the color is WAY! They finally have elastic ear loops but the elastic is so thin and ready to break. The fabric color is not even close and I got 2 cheap rubber pieces that are suppose to be the adjusters. What a joke! Do not waste your time or money! Something is not right here. Left emails and there was no response, customer service not taking calls.

Won't use this company again! Team work is a central focus with this company and anyone will help with any questions you have. I started right before Christmas so the hours were available from 40 - 65 hours a week. During really busy times of course at least 8 hours of over time is expected but more is always available.

Fast paced job. Holidays were more intense. More hours would be worked, late shifts, and hard work. Overall learned how to use different machines to my advantage. Very cool way of making things for people in their own style. Was able to learn about different departments due to under staffing.

I learned how to personalize customers items in a warehouse environment. The management in this company was great,and the co-workers was also great team players and very helpful. The hardest thing about this job was getting used to touching the hot items that the customers ordered becasue they were coming out of an oven.

The most enjoyable thign about the job was that they had a great cafeteria where they offered free coffee, tea,water, snacks, labtops, and 6 big screen televisions. Pros Great work environment. Cons It was only a temporary position, they only need help on their peak seasons.

Fellow employees are great to work with, but manangement makes working here difficult. Workload was manageable, but overtime is expected. I learned a lot about different aspects of business. Including production methods and warehousing. Management is not very stable. Key roles are missing. Employees that work there are top notch.
